This application is born because Netscape didn't let users of the Navigator change the six directory-buttons.
With "Navigator Enhancer" you have a quick and easy tool to change the URLs and the names of the directory buttons of the Netscape Navigator. These useless buttons will change to the best location for your favourite bookmarks. Try it!
Please notice that this application will only work on a 2.x or 3.x version of Navigator.
It's really easy to use :
1) Make a backup copy of your Netscape Navigator. (Never work on original!)
2) Launch "Navigator Enhancer".
3) Select your copy of the Netscape Navigator in the standard-file dialog.
4) Change the button titles and the corrosponding URLs to fit your needs.
5) Click the 'Save' button. That's it!
When you start your Navigator again you will see that the directory-buttons changed.
WARNING :
Do not use this application on a running version of Navigator. This might cause data loss or corrupted programs.
Please also remember that altering software may break the law at some places on this planet. Choose the place where to use this application.
I tried to keep this one as simple as possible. There is no animated 'About' box, sound effects or video game hidden in this application. This one should be easy and fast to use. Shareware Registration :
"Navigator Enhancer" is shareware. You are permitted to use the application on a trial basis. If you wish to keep using the product beyond a period of some days (two or three), you must register by paying a fee of DM 5,- in German currency or $3 in U.S. currency cash. Otherwise you must remove "Navigator Enhancer" from your computer storage medium.

"Navigator Enhancer" is Shareware. You may freely distribute it as long as you don't charge for it. Upload it everywhere!
If you want to distribute "Navigator Enhancer" with a commercial product (magazine CDs etc), let me know and we'll come to some arrangement. When "Navigator Enhancer" is distributed, it must be accompanied by ALL programs and documentation (see below).
